The design vision for the Yelahanka Villa centers on creating a harmonious dialogue between neo-classical elegance and contemporary Indian residential needs. The primary objective is to establish a commanding yet welcoming street presence. Rooted in the context of Bangalore's moderate, indoor-outdoor lifestyle, the design emphasizes large, sheltered transitional spaces that allow residents to engage with the environment while maintaining privacy and comfort.
The facade is a careful study in balance and proportion. We aimed to break the monolithic volume by introducing depth and varied geometries, pairing architectural elements like columns and arches with rich textures.
